Bergmann advises Hamina LNG Oy – a joint venture established by Finnish Haminan Energia Oy and Estonian Alexela Varahalduse AS – in procurement, financing, and project management for this project with a total investment sum of around 90 mio. euro.

The Saukkovaara-Mäkiaho wind farm consists of 7 wind turbines at a total capacity of 21 MW, located in the municipalities of Posio and Kuusamo in northern Finland. Power production began in autumn 2016. Bergmann advised the project owner Posion Energia Oy in the project acquisition, in the ongoing development work including procurement of EPC services, and in the successful arrangement of project financing. Finally, in 2018, Bergmann advised the shareholder E-Group a.s. in the successful divestment of the project company to Prime Capital AG.

Our client CZ LOKO a.s. is known in Finland as supplier of diesel locomotives to the country's first private freight rail operator Fenniarail. Bergmann represented the company successfully in a market court appeal concerning the procurement of 60 or more new diesel locomotives by VR Group Oy.

The Länsimetro project extends the metro line by 21 kilometers of new tunnels and 13 new metro stations. Bergmann has assisted bidders in the public procurement procedures, in particular with regard to the delivery of rail and power technology. We are advising SPL Powerlines Sverige AB, the provider of the power rail solution, in their contract chain and change management.
