In this project, Bergmann has advised numerous companies in the delivery chain. We have advised subcontractors Heitkamp GmbH, Assystem S.A., and Thermoprozess Wärmebehandlungsservice GmbH in project management and compliance matters. For piping works supplier Kraftanlagen ARGE OL3, Bergmann has worked in matters of contractual change management and in a major arbitration case.

After the UPM building in central Helsinki was sold to German investor Allianz Real Estate, the property was subjected to complete refurbishment and fit-out in a EUR 20 mio. project finalized in 2015. Bergmann advised the general contractor APOprojekt GmbH in all project phases, including bidding, contracting and subcontracting, compliance and dispute management.
