Bergmann acted as counsel to wpd europe GmbH (Germany) in its divestment of its wind power project Jokela, in the municipality of Kalajoki, Finland, to Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy. The park, which has been in operation since 2015, consists of 12 wind turbines with an aggregate rated power of 36 MW.

Finland has a comprehensive subsidy system for real estate. Subsidies can be granted to projects of new construction, renovation and purchase of housing. Subsidies can be granted to enterprises, non-profit organizations, and public authorities.

On June, 30th 2018, Dr. Hans Bergmann, founder of our firm, retires from day to day advisory, handing over responsibility for the firm to his long-time partners Claudia Greiner and Peter Jaspers.

LEMAN, a privately owned logistics group with its headquarters in Denmark, has acquired all shares in the Finnish logistics company FL Services Oy (Finlogistics). Bergmann served as counsel for LEMAN.
